S1 of Golden Kamuy was enjoyable, but it was missing that spark. S2, on the other hand, burned my place down. If S3 gives me fourth-degree burns, then upping my life insurance policy right before the season started was the correct choice.

(Sleepy Princess in the Demon Castle)
tl;dr: The princess of all humanity has been captured by the demon lord and locked away in his castle. But her cell isn’t very comfy, and she’s super tired all the time. So she bullies the demons in the castle into helping her sleep cuz it’s cheaper than Trintellix.

Let’s just get this out of the way: the princess is not a good person. But she’s also not stupid, and she knows what she wants (which is to sleep).
Every segment of this show will be dedicated to the princess’s escapades in search of a good night’s sleep, sometimes punctuated by cutaways to the heroes’ failed attempts to rescue her, or the demons’ exasperated reactions to her antics. Nobody wins except her, and half the time even she doesn’t win.
Again, it’s cute.

I tried, I really did. Fat pussy and bloomers is a great combo, but my boner quickly died after the cardboard animations, a vocally pacifistic MC, and tedious battles that deliver all the excitement of an 80-year-old stripper injecting an anesthetic into your eye socket.
(Re-)dropped S1 after 2 episodes. How the fuck this show managed so many seasons, OVAs, spin-offs, and onaholes, I will never know.
Akudama Drive – Okay+
tl;dr: “It’s by the Danganronpa creator! Watch, fujoshi, watch!”

The prequel was indescribably bad, but I still gave the manwha a shot (for you).
3 chapters in and I just couldn’t do it any more. Webtoons are pure garbage. I see no reason to expect this adaptation won’t follow in its source’s footsteps.
Adachi to Shimamura – Good

I don’t get One Room. A cute girl talks at “you” about how much she loves you and shit for 3-4 episodes, then is shuffled off unceremoniously for you to see if the next one better fits your kinks. Is this supposed to be endearing?
Like, I remember when a bunch of my friends had me do shots and marathon the first season, replying at the TV like the chicks were real. That was kind of fun, cuz I talk how I write, and we all know my writing is kanpeki. But under normal circumstances? No, this serves no purpose.
Seizei Ganbare! Mahou Shoujo Kurumi 3rd Season – Okay+
Your standard mahou shoujo parody. (Only S1 is subtitled. ;_;)
Guraburu! – Meh
Anime adaptation of a 4-koma based on Granblue Saga. 100% a money guraburu.
I’m sure this’ll be fine if you care about that series, but since I have good taste, I couldn’t give less of a fuck.
